MySoilPlan provides AI-generated fertilizer recommendations based on soil test data you supply. Recommendations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional agronomic advice.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data you enter, following all local regulations regarding fertilizer use, and using recommendations safely and appropriately for your conditions.

4. AI-generated content

Plans are generated by an AI model. Results may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific conditions. Always cross-reference with your soil lab's recommendations and exercise your own judgment.

5. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings page.

6. Limitation of liability

MySoilPlan is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of the service, including damage to lawns, plants, or property.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
